I am the Human Resources of Greendlelux Company. I am responsible for compensation and benefits, recruitment, termination, and staying updated with any regulations that may affect the company and its employees are all responsibilities of a Human Resources. I am in charge of maximizing employees' productivity while also protecting the corporation from any workplace difficulties. Additionally, I am in charge of payroll, employee policies, and defining/designing work. Mainly, I handle the employees. I recruit employees with the company's standards and asses them to see their talents and potential that the company may need. After hiring, I am also responsible for training them and informing them of the rules and regulations of the company and any other information that they need to know. I am also responsible for telling the employees how to learn or identify harmful practices, harassment, discrimination, and exploitation, to name a few, and know-how to report them by doing a training session with all the company workers, including the higher management.
