I am the Sales Manager of Greendlelux Company. I am in charge of directing daily sales activities as well as guiding and leading a team of salesmen in a company. I set sales goals and quotas, convey messages from higher management to staff of their department regarding generating leads and sales quotas to distribute among Sales Teams, developed a sales strategy, analyzed the data, assign sales training and territories, mentor members of sales team, and participate in the hiring and firing process. I execute the plan and oversees all promotional and sales promising activities.
